General terms and conditions of the Karjola online store apply to all users of the online store.
The online store https://karjola.com/ is managed by the company Blockhapp d.o.o., Trg Komandanta Staneta 6, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration number 8358753000, VAT SI79058345, which is also the service provider on the website and the owner of the website.
The Karjola online store is an information system designed to present and sell products to the user. It is managed by Blockhapp d.o.o., Trg Komandanta Staneta 6, 1000 Ljubljana, hereinafter referred to as the provider.
The user is a person who uses or makes a purchase on the website, i.e. a customer in an online store.
The general terms and conditions determine the use and operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store and regulate the business relationship between the provider and the customer. The user is bound by the general terms and conditions of business, which are valid at the time of making an online purchase or at the time of submitting the online pre-order.
The provider reserves the right to change the general terms and condition of business by updating this publication. Such changes to the conditions are binding for the user.
The online store is open every day 24 hours a day. Due to various technical reasons or force majeure, access or business via the online store can sometimes not be available. The provider therefore reserves the right to completely restrict access to the online store for a specified or indefinite period of time. The provider does not take the responsibility for non-functioning of the online store due to technical disturbances, network outages, electricity, or other force majeure, and also does not take the responsibility for the consequences of misuse of the online store.
You use the online store by registering as a user, or as a guest.
When you register for the online store, you get a username and password. Your username and password unambiguously identify and link you to the filled-in data.
When you make a purchase in the online store as a guest, it is mandatory to enter personal data (name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number). In the case of a purchase by a legal entity, the name of the legal entity must also be entered.
Submitting a pre-order is only possible with prior user registration.
2. Purchase process
The purchase process begins with placing an order. You place the order by selecting the offered products and placing them in the shopping cart. One product is sufficient for purchase. After agreeing to the contents of the basket, continue with the “Checkout” button. If you are not registered, you must also enter personal data and select a delivery method before continuing. Then you choose the payment method. You can interrupt the order process at any time until it is confirmed.
3. Payment Methods
For the payment in the online store the following methods of payment can be used:
- Direct wire transfer. You pay for the ordered products by transfer to our transaction account based on the received instructions by email or instructions on the online store in process of purchase.

The validity of the offer is 8 days, or in accordance with the deadline written on the proforma invoice. The delivery period begins on the day when the payment is received to our account.

In order to accept a pre-order, an advance payment may be required in part or in full. For the pre-order, a proforma invoice is issued, which also states the payment of the advance payment for the seriousness of the buyer. A pre-order is accepted when we receive your advance payment.
When the ordered goods are available for delivery, you will be notified and asked to pay the remaining balance of the purchase price according to the proforma invoice. On the basis of the received payment of the remaining purchase price, the delivery is made.
If the balance of the purchase price in not received according to the proforma invoice within 15 days of being notified by e-mail that the goods are available for delivery, you will be considered to have withdrawn from the pre-order. In case of withdrawal from the pre-order, we reserve the right to charge the costs of processing the pre-order, and the rest of the advance payment will be returned. There is no interest on the advance payments.
In the event that the goods cannot be delivered after the pre-order is received, we will inform you about this and return the advance payment to your account within 15 days.
5. Invoice Issuance
The invoice is sent by e-mail when the provider has the customer’s e-mail address.
The customer checks the correctness of the data before placing the order. The customer is obliged to check the correctness of the data on the invoice and inform the provider of any errors within 8 days at the latest. We do not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.
All prices include VAT, unless it is explicitly stated that VAT is not included in the price.
The prices listed in the online store are irrevocable and only valid when ordering through the online store. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity.
The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions.
Despite the utmost care to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase and at the same time, the provider can offer the customer a solution that will be mutually satisfactory.
7. Promotional offers
The validity periods of the promotional offers are indicated next to the promotional offer itself. The provider reserves the right to withdraw the product from the promotion without notice. The price of the product with a discount, as stated in the promotional offer, is valid only during the promotional period.
8. Validity of the offer
The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. If the product is not in stock, the price may change, and the provider will notify the customer about the change.
The delivery time the purchases is from 3 up to 20 working days from the receipt of the order if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will deliver it as soon as the product is ready for delivery. If the delivery period is longer than 20 days, the buyer is warned about the longer delivery period during the purchase process.
Delivery for the online store in Slovenia is carried out by Pošta Slovenije , where the general terms and conditions of Pošte Slovenije apply to the method of delivery. The delivery can also be made by another delivery service with which the provider has entered into an agreement on delivery. The provider reserves the right to choose the delivery service that will efficiently fulfill the order.
You can collect the goods in person and pay in cash at Blockhapp d.o.o. PE Levpa, Levpa 7 C, 5214 Kal nad Kanalom by prior agreement.
In the case of a pre-order, we deliver the ordered products to you in accordance with the delivery date written on the pre-order. If due to force majeure (such as the lack of the particular components on the market) delivery within the specified delivery time is not possible, we reserve the right to change the delivery time, which we will notify you of immediately.
The product has a warranty if the warranty is stated in the product description, on the attached warranty card or on the invoice.
The warranty is only valid if the product is used correctly in accordance with the instructions for use and upon presentation of the invoice, in accordance with the provisions of the warranty card.
The warranty periods are indicated on the warranty or on the invoice. The warranty period begins on the day the product is delivered to the customer.
The warranty claims are invalid in cases:
- of malfunctions and damages that can be attributed to force majeure or an accident,
- of unauthorized interventions in the product, such as opening the battery case or the controller case by a person who is not an authorized service technician,
- if the user did not follow the instructions for using the product,
- in case the product is mechanically damaged,
- if the damage was caused by spilled batteries,
- if the malfunction was caused by an extreme fluctuation in the mains voltage of electricity grid or a force majeure
- in case of modifications and changes to the product by the customer,
- if the product has been handled negligently and/or contrary to the instructions for use and maintenance,
- for fading and peeling of the top layer of paint,
- for rust caused by abrasions and/or scratches.
- in other cases, as stated in the description of the warranty in the instructions for use of the product.
If the product presentation does not include a warranty, there is no warranty or the provider does not have this information.
11. The right to withdraw from the purchase, return of goods
The customer (consumer) has the right to return purchased and unused products to the provider within 30 days of receiving the goods.
The customer informs the provider of the withdrawal from the purchase at the contact e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org by sending a completed return form (tukaj povezava na obrazec za vračilo)
For a return, it is necessary to obtain prior approval from Blockhapp d.o.o.. It is also necessary to obtain a label for a free return, if the possibility of a free return is indicated for the purchased goods. The free shipping label received by the customer at their email address must be printed and affixed to the return shipment.
The customer must then return the goods to the provider within 14 days after receiving the return approval from Blockhapp d.o.o. . If no free return is specified, the shipping costs of the returned goods are covered by the sender. The goods must be returned to the provider’s address.
The products must be unused and undamaged, in the original packaging, with all accessories included. A copy of the invoice must be attached.
The amount returned to the customer is the amount actually paid, the used discounts and bonuses that were included in the purchase price are not returned. Shipping costs paid by the customer are also non-refundable. Original shipping will be subtracted from total refund if the shipping was free.
The purchase price will be returned to the customer after the return shipment has been received and inspected by the provider. Products that are not returned in the described manner will not be accepted by the provider and will be rejected.
The customer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase in cases where the product is manufactured according to the customer’s exact instructions and is adapted to his/her special needs, which due to its nature is not suitable for return.
The provider will not accept shipments that require payments.

Some products in the Karjola online store may be subject to the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, design rights, usage rights. By purchasing the product, the buyer does not acquire any rights or licenses other than the right to use or resell the product in the ordinary course of business.
The provider is the owner of the rights of use and copyright regarding the content published on the https://karjola.com/ website, therefore the reproduction of contents or materials in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the provider for commercial purposes is not permitted.
The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, product features, availability and price can change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and enable him to cancel the order or replace the ordered product.
All product photos are symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual condition. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

The provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
The conditions are valid from January 20, 2023.
