Money back guarantee on returns within 30 days

The customer has the right to return purchased and unused products to the provider within 30 days of receiving the goods.

The customer informs the provider of the withdrawal from the purchase at the contact e-mail address: info@karjola.com by sending a completed RETURN FORM.

For a refund, it is necessary to obtain prior approval from Blockhapp d.o.o.. The refund is made in accordance with the conditions as stated in the General Terms and Conditions.

The products must be unused and undamaged, in the original packaging, with all accessories included. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed.

The amount returned to the customer is the amount actually paid, the used discounts and bonuses that were included in the purchase price are not returned. Shipping costs paid by the customer are also non-refundable. Original shipping will be subtracted from total refund if the shipping was free.

The purchase price will be returned to the customer after the return shipment has been received and inspected by the provider.
